Fraser Island

Just before Christmas we found time to go over to Fraser Island, the worlds largest sand island.  We picked a perfect week; the weather was amazing and it was virtually empty.  Our friend Alison joined us, and we all took the opportunity to learn a bit more about 4x4 driving on sand.  As you can see it is a beautiful place to visit and just a short 15 minute ferry crossing from the Mainland.

This Dingo tried to get tricky and stole Sue's shoe.
She followed him, carefully, onto the beach and was able to retrieve it!
