Heading North from Adelaide.

Well Sue & I are finally back on the road again, currently in the centre of Oz at Alice Springs. We are aiming to travel from Adelaide in South Australia across the deserts to Broome and the Kimberley in Western Australia, traversing the Savannah Way in the Northern Territory & Queensland to Cairns and finally head South back home - maybe arriving around mid July.

  1. Great to hear from you. You certainly ARE seeing some of the wildest parts of Australia. I never got to the Wolfe Creek crater - the road was just too rough at the time (1969) and I never got to Arkaroola (much as I have always wanted to (just for the rocks of course). Don't worry too much about the flies - you get used to them after a few years and beers. Hope everything goes well for you for the rest of the trip. Great photos

    1. Thanks Hans. The flies & heat finally beat us - the truth is we went 3 weeks too soon!
